This is the content of a flyer I found taped to a generator at the corner of Church St. and Duboce today on my way to work. It made me laugh, so I took it. I would scan it, but I'm at work right now. It's a plain white page with plain font and there isn't a single typo. The best part about it is that at the very bottom, the author drew (traced?) a bobby pin using a dashed line.

1. Your first name (full name optional).
2. Your date of birth (year, month, day).
3. Your sex (helpful but not required).
4. The year, month, day, hour, minute, and second of the forgotten moment.
5. Your approximate location at that moment.
6. Your mailing address.
7. If you’d like, please include any additional information that might help the retrieval of the forgotten moment.

Your lost memory will be mailed to you within 14 days.
